Creating With Heart; Co-Creating On Canvases

This Month for the Creative Wellness Series we are Co-Creating on Canvases !

Here you’ll explore community through painting and the symbolic imagery that comes to mind when you think about connection and belonging

We’ll each begin with our own 11x14 canvas (provided), bringing those images to life through color and creativity, then we’ll shift the canvases around the room (from person to person) and allow others to add their own creativity and expression to what we’ve started.

This is where it gets interesting… watching something you began move in directions you hadn’t imagined, adding to someone else’s vision, and receiving what they bring to yours

At the end of class, you’ll take home your original canvas, now a one-of-a-kind piece that represents community through adding, receiving, releasing, and thinking outside the box

You don’t have to be an artist or have any painting experience… this is a space to play, explore, and see what we create together

All supplies are provided, just bring yourself and your curiosity

Creativity is more than something we do, it is one of the ways we reconnect with ourselves.

Each month, we gather to explore the intersection of mindfulness, emotional well-being, and creative expression through a unique themed experience. Together, we'll slow down, tune inward, and engage in guided meditation, self-reflection, and a hands-on creative practice designed to help you gain fresh perspective, process emotions, and reconnect with your innate creativity.

These gatherings are not about making perfect art, but rather they are about creating space for awareness, honoring your inner experience, and discovering how the creative process can become a catalyst for healing, insight, and personal transformation.

Whether you consider yourself artistic or not, you are welcome here.

No artistic experience is needed.

Simply bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.
