- ➤ Mercury Marine was recognized Thursday by the Fond du Lac High School Athletics Department for sponsoring 31 banners celebrating student athletes and coaches — the banners will be displayed in Acuity Field House. - ➤ Regional gas prices dropped for the second week, with regular fuel averaging $2.68 per gallon—nearly 9% below the national price. The U.S. Energy Information Administration noted a 2‑cent decline since last month that also affects Fond du Lac. FDL Reporter
