- ➤ Wells Vehicle Electronics announced that its parent company Niterra will sell its Original Equipment division and wind down electronics manufacturing at its Fond du Lac facility by the end of March next year. The company will work to reassign 100+ employees to other roles. KFIZ

EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Referendums will appear on ballots on April 7 as Appleton voters consider a measure for $15 million a year to cover a $13 million deficit while Fond du Lac asks for $30 million over four years (after a failed measure last year). Lawmakers say these votes highlight local funding challenges. WBAY
- ➤ Marian University will unveil its new disc golf course on Wednesday, April 8 at 12 p.m. near Sabre Cafe with a ribbon cutting and a course tour (parking is available at the Division Street lot) to offer a new recreational spot for students, faculty and local community members. KFIZ

- ➤ Lyme disease experts predict this year's tick season will be worse than last year as warming weather boosts tick populations; local residents are advised to use bug spray (or treated clothing) and check for ticks after outdoor activities. WBAY
- ➤ ThedaCare now offers non-invasive Enhanced External Counter Pulsation (EECP) treatment for patients with chronic chest pain or heart failure, which aims to improve blood flow and reduce symptoms.
