CRIME NEWS

  • Fond du Lac Police reported an active law enforcement incident in the 100 block of S. National Avenue Friday night—residents on that block must shelter in place—and police advised others to avoid the area.  WBAY

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • Data from Realtor.com shows that homes in Fond du Lac County sold for a median price of $225,000 in January—a 2.2% drop from December’s $230,000, although prices are 10.8% higher than in January last year. A total of 80 residential sales were recorded during the month.  FDL Reporter

  • Marian University baseball lost 5-4 to Ripon in its first home game after the Sabres briefly led early but were overcome by timely scoring in later innings—Marian was held to a season-low two hits and has now lost the last five meetings with Ripon.  Envision Greater FDL
