SSM Health and community partners will mark National Healthcare Decisions Day on April 16 by hosting events that offer free information and forms to help residents plan their healthcare wishes.
The gatherings include a session at the Fond du Lac Family YMCA from 7:30 to 11 a.m.—with other sessions in Ripon and Waupun—and aim to assist locals in completing advance directives.
SSM Health Cancer Care will host Living Smart 2025 on Saturday, May 3 from 8-11 a.m. at its facility at 480 E.
Division Street to provide free cancer screenings for all ages. The event will offer lung cancer screening assessments, oral exams, colon cancer screening kits and education on nutrition, genetics and fall risk, and participants must register by Friday, May 2.
