- ➤ Marian University is adding four majors for Fall 2025—Cybersecurity, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, and Nutrition—to expand its academic offerings. - ➤ After a $40 million referendum failed this month, the Fond du Lac School District cut 83 staff positions—aiming to address a $7.5 million budget gap—and superintendent Dr. Jeffrey Fleig said the district will take further steps to manage its budget issues. WBAY
- ➤ Campbellsport Fire Chief Craig Olson said the department worked with the Campbellsport School District and Moraine Park Technical College to launch a program that gives high school students hands-on training in firefighting and emergency medical services. - ➤ On April 16th, the Waupun Fire Department was called to a vegetation fire on Oakwood Road in Dodge County — crews contained the blaze to about one acre in just over an hour. - ➤ SSM Health Fond du Lac Market announced yesterday that Bill Boyd is the new vice president of operations for St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. He will oversee hospital operations — ensuring quality service and supporting future growth — for SSM Health Wisconsin. KFIZ
- ➤ SSM Health announced that nurse practitioner Rachel Lewandowski from St. Agnes Hospital is recognized as an OAK Award winner for her teamwork and dedication.
