- ➤ 20-year-old Annaka Trudell pleaded no contest on May 9 to Reckless Homicide with a Dangerous Weapon after she stabbed Ashley Calo several times during a drug deal on February 13 at the Anytime Fitness parking lot in Fond du Lac (near north Macy and west Follett Street), lowering her charge from first-degree intentional homicide and conspiracy to a 60-year sentence. - ➤ The City of Fond du Lac is providing a weekly update on construction projects affecting Main Street, N. Butler Street, Poplar Street, Algoma Street, Cottage Avenue, Oaklawn Avenue and E. Merrill Avenue.
