- ➤ Severe weather hit the region on May 15th when a low pressure system caused tornado warnings in Fond du Lac while Dodge County saw damage from downed trees and wind—Dodge County damage was assessed on Friday with reports of large hail and high winds affecting homes and roads. KFIZ
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The City of Fond du Lac announced that in observance of Memorial Day, offices at the City/County Government Center, the Municipal Service Center, Senior Center, and Public Library will be closed on May 26 while garbage collection, recycling, and transit services are rescheduled to May 27 — residents should set out materials by 5:00 a.m. Tuesday — ensuring service adjustments throughout the holiday weekend. - ➤ Registered nurse Amanda Bigsby received the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses from SSM Health at Home (Home Care) after three patients nominated her for her caring and detailed work.
