- ➤ Starting Tuesday, June 9 until Aug. 18, Holy Family Catholic Community will offer free bagged lunches at 11 locations in Fond du Lac and open its warming shelter at 73 E. First St. every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to help residents beat the heat. WBAY

EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ SSM Health volunteers awarded six scholarships to local high school seniors planning health care careers. Three $2,000 awards came from Fond du Lac volunteers, one from Waupun, and two $1,000 technical school grants were announced, with recipients choosing fields such as speech therapy (Horace Mann) and nursing.
