- ➤ Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s Ignite Small Business & Startup Support hosted the Envision THIS! High School Pitch event on May 6 at Horace Mann High School in North Fond du Lac where eight teams from Campbellsport, North Fond du Lac and Laconia competed. Trent Dieckman of TD Detailing won $1,000 for expanding his vehicle interior cleaning business while teams Repeluxe and Beauty Vault received $600 and $200 respectively as the event was supported by Horicon Bank. - ➤ Kondex Corporation awarded five $400 scholarships to graduating seniors from Lomira High School — Nora Buske, Chloe Reklau, Myles Verhunce, Ty Wolff, and Dalton Zingsheim — based on academics, career goals and extracurricular clubs. Each recipient will pursue studies in engineering and technology at local institutions including UW-Platteville, Fox Valley Tech and UW-Madison. Envision Greater FDL

- ➤ A roundtable was held Tuesday in Fond du Lac where officials discussed mental health challenges among farmers such as isolation and intergenerational trauma and explained support services like counseling and a helpline. A local fifth-generation farmer said sharing her mental health journey can help reduce stigma (farmers are urged to call 9-8-8 for crisis support). WBAY
