Good morning, Fond du Lac.

On Friday, May 22, 2026, county officials held a ribbon cutting to officially reopen Veterans Park on south Main Street, and the park will host a Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 25 following the parade.

Fond du Lac County will hold a public hearing on the county-owned Acute Unit psychiatric facility on June 1 at 6 p.m. in Room H at the City County Gov Building (160 S.

Macy) to let residents share views on its potential closure caused by fewer patients and rising costs.

Following recent storm damage, DATCP is urging consumers whose numbers are on the Do Not Call Registry to report unsolicited repair service calls to curb misleading sales practices.
