- ➤ A driver pulled over for suspected drunk driving on July 21 at 12:15 a.m. near Pioneer Road — Winnebago Street fought officers after a breathalyzer read .222 with his license already revoked and a prior conviction, and officers quickly called backup to subdue him while an ambulance treated his scraped elbow.
