SSM Health awarded $50K to Willow Way, a sober living home for women in Fond du Lac, on July 21 to help residents transition from substance-use treatment into stable housing with ongoing support.

The grant addresses gaps in local recovery and mental health services.

Agnesian HealthCare Foundation awarded $50,000 to Holy Family Warming Shelter in Fond du Lac on July 21 to fund shelter operations and roof upgrades, helping patients from SSM Health hospitals access safe, temporary housing after discharge.

SSM Health has added podiatrist Alyssa Stephenson, DPM to its team at the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Waupun.

Dr. Stephenson returns after five years in Phoenix and now treats foot and ankle disorders — including sports injuries, bunions, and heel pain — for patients of all ages.
