Julianna Stohs, Fond du Lac’s new Community Development Director, began her role on June 1.
She is working (with planners and business owners) to boost housing and downtown projects that will help attract families and workers.
Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership announced the appointment of Brittany Machleit as its Executive Director; she served as Interim Executive Director (since May 1) and will now lead downtown revitalization, business development, and community events.
Erin Cobb, Director of Human Concerns at Holy Family, will receive the St. John XXIII Award for Spirit of the Council on Sept.
22 at the Cathedral of Saint John the Evangelist in Milwaukee, recognizing nearly 20 years of service to families facing hardship in Fond du Lac.

SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital recorded zero MRSA bloodstream infections during the federal reporting period (July 2024 to June 2025) based on data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and credited its team’s strict safety practices.
