Today, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Division of Motor Vehicles received an application from the Iola Old Car Show for a new specialty license plate that will add a $25 donation fee to support non-profit groups.

The public may review the application and submit comments until September 18 — the legislative Transportation Committee will decide on the plate.

SSM Health donated $10,000 to New Beginnings Pregnancy Care Center to cover expenses for housing pregnant and parenting women and their babies — the funds will also boost access to prenatal and postnatal care and support services for families in need.
