SSM Health is giving $7,500 to Sigma of Fond du Lac to support its homeless students program that provides care packages and birthday gift cards to students at local high schools.

The donation follows a rise in students served—from 30 to 54 during the 2024 holidays—and the program will continue to offer essential support to vulnerable community members.

Volunteers are needed to help remove invasive buckthorn from Kettle Moraine State Forest during fall workdays organized by Friends of the Kettle Moraine.
